Hi Gina. Making money from your blog depends on a few factors. I'll do my best to answer it here, but you'll need to provide me with more info.

First, treat your blog like the business that it is. Once you have that business perspective, you will see the things you need to do in a different way. This is NOT a get rich quick scheme.

The HOW of monetizing your blog(s) is based on several factors: your niche; the type of traffic you get; the value you provide to your visitors (which translates to trust).

If you think the ads on your blog ruins the look and interrupts the reader, then you are most probably correct. Nobody wants to be bombarded with ads that look cheesy and devalue you and your site. Also, ads take reader's attention AWAY from your content. Therefore, ads perform best on sites that have LOTS of traffic in niches that are highly competitive (the reader is less likely to buy in to your content).

You can monetize your blog(s) with affiliate products that SOLVE a problem your readers have.

You can monetize your blog(s) with products you create.

You do not need to do everything... you need to solve a problem or answer a question that people are looking for.

Tell me more about your blog(s) and I can then provide better direction.

Question: How do I money from my blog?
I have two on WordPress and totally don't know how I even set them up but never made $1.00 :(
I have ads, on one of my blogs, but I think they ruin the look and interrupt the reader.
I am worse than an 80 yr old with technology. Any help would be appreciated.
